From her background in dance and competitive sports, to mixed martial arts and holistic fitness, Betsy brings a fresh and unique approach into every session, class and presentation.
She has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and has become well known for her passion, dedication and contagious energy. It is her magnetic spirit which enables her to positively influence others in making a commitment to an active, balanced and healthy lifestyle. She currently teaches a wide variety of group fitness classes ranging from Cardio Kickboxing, Kettlebells and Urban Rebound to strength and conditioning, yoga and various martial arts-based classes. Along with these she also teaches a unique mind-body class known as IntenSati where she began as the protégé of IntenSati creator, Patricia Moreno. She has since shared this empowering workout to groups of all ages.
